Our courier partners generally attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

If your product arrives damaged:

● Share your order number
● Upload clear photographs
● Share an unboxing video for faster resolution

While we strive to deliver on time, Studio15 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the handcrafted and premium nature of our products, returns are accepted only if:
● The product arrives damaged
● You receive the wrong item
● The product has a manufacturing defect
Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted.

Eligible replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and an unboxing video.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
